Puretec is available 24/7 for emergency service repair and can also provide a host of scheduled services that will help keep your water system running at peak performance.

Whether it is a system upgrade or assistance with troubleshooting, Puretec has an experienced team of service technicians and engineers to help you with your water treatment needs.

Each service technician is trained for industry specific water systems and carries the Golden Gate OSHA award for safe work practices.

• Preventative Maintenance Service

  Puretec offers scheduled Preventative Maintenance services to prevent downtime and increase system performance that frees up manpower and allows you to focus on your core business. Reports on your system performance along with any suggested action items will be provided to you after each service visit.

• Design & Fabrication

  Puretec has a talented staff of mechanical, chemical and application engineers that design and build water systems in-house for our customer's specific applications.

• Troubleshooting

  We can readily troubleshoot and audit water treatment systems to find areas for water savings, increased efficiency and expert advice to solve difficult water treatment problems.

• Instrument Calibration & PLC Programming

  Puretec provides instrument calibration and verification services for a wide variety of sensors, probes and instruments used to monitor water quality throughout a water treatment system. We also are able to design and install Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems.

• System Documentation

  We can provide technical drawings in SolidWorks 3D AutoCAD along with a full operators manual for equipment provided. Puretec can also assist with all documentation required for a water system validation.

• System Sanitizations

  Puretec can provide system sanitizations to control microbiological growth in ultra pure water systems.

• Operator Training

  We can train your operators in water treatment theory and equipment operation to ensure that you have a well-trained staff.

• Lab Analysis

  Puretec maintains an onsite lab and chemist to determine particular water contaminants and can provide a comprehensive water analysis to help determine the best treatment approach. We also are able to provide ion exchange resin analysis and RO membrane autopsy studies to help troubleshoot water treatment systems.

• Media Replacement

  We are able to replace many types of ion exchange resins and filter medias for water treatment systems.

• Water Recycling & Reuse

  We can help reduce water usage and minimize waste through consulting and refurbishing existing water treatment systems. We are also able to treat Title 22 Reclaimed Water and make it suitable for use in certain industrial applications.
