Started with Polymetrics over 25 years ago. They were good and had been department vendor more than a decade. Got bought out by US Filter, which was good for a while, but problems started cropping up. Went with another vendor in Orange County for a year, then finally connected with PureTec with a previous technical sales rep (now retired). Only headache has been billing, but turns out problem was our accounting department. Service continues to be the best experience I've had. Hope this continues past my retirement. Definitely worth the call if you're looking.
