We’re looking for an innovative B2B marketing leader with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in building and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and mentorship.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in creating thought-leadership content that consistently generates leads.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and engage with external partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Strategy Development: Crafting a detailed marketing strategy that encompasses the company’s vision and goals. This involves setting clear objectives, defining target audiences, and determining the most effective marketing channels and tactics.
  • External Partner Management: Identifying, vetting, and overseeing external marketing partners. This includes negotiating contracts, ensuring partners align with Puretec’s values and strategy, and managing ongoing relationships to execute the marketing plan.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting in-depth research to understand the industry landscape, identifying emerging trends, and pinpointing target customer segments. This involves analyzing competitors and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Thought-Leadership and Content Creation: Spearheading initiatives to create and distribute high-quality, engaging content that positions Puretec as an industry leader. This includes identifying topics, overseeing content production, and ensuring content aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Lead Generation Through Content: Utilizing created content strategically to generate leads, focusing on content that drives customer engagement and conversions. This involves understanding customer pain points and creating tailored content that addresses these issues.
  • Diverse Campaign Execution: Planning and implementing a variety of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels. This includes campaign conceptualization, execution, and monitoring.
  • Digital Presence Management: Overseeing Puretec’s online presence, including the optimization of the company website, enhancing SEO and SEM strategies, and managing social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Other Departments: Working closely with the sales team and other internal departments to create synergistic marketing materials that support the sales process. This involves understanding the sales funnel and creating materials that assist in customer conversion and retention.
  • Data-Driven Analytics: Leveraging data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Using insights from data to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Developing and overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet strategic goals and maximize impact.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and create strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning Across Marketing Channels: Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning and execution across all marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach that aligns with business objectives.

  • Effective building and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy.

In the first six months, the Director of Marketing at Puretec is expected to:

  • Develop and begin implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Initiate key marketing campaigns and assess their initial impacts.
  • Set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
  • Start forming relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Analyze market trends and align marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Begin improving Puretec’s digital presence and brand visibility.
