20 to 50% More Capacity

High Flow Mobile Demin Trailers that make life easier for you.

Our standard 10 million grain mobile DI trailer contains a series of ion exchange vessels designed to produce demineralized water for critical ultrapure water applications. Each trailer is identical and was designed to make trailer exchanges and operation easy on the end user.

Some unique features of this trailer include:

  • Two banks of vessels that can be ran together or separately. This helps accommodate low and high flow applications to prevent resin channeling and loss of capacity, speeds up rinse times, and is operated through an easy to access exterior switch.
  • Exterior panel mounted PLC and HMI screen that is easily accessible. This monitors flow rates, water conductivities, and total flow for each bank.
  • All of this can be monitored remotely in real time and it even gives you a predicated run length based on historical performance at your site, so you can get a heads up and you’re not caught off guard when the trailer needs to be exchanged. And finally, all of this data is collected and stored for you to export at any time and these features are included in every trailer at no extra charge.
  • Our own drivers deliver the trailers and do all of the work so you don’t have to.
  • All trailers are regenerated at one of 3 regeneration facilities in the southwest by a Great Place to Work Certified team. Our theory is that if you treat your people well then it shows in the product.

FAQS

Yes, every mobile trailer has the same valve configuration, so you don’t have mismatching hose connections and different operating guidelines for each trailer.

The amount of deionized water that a mobile trailer will produce is directly related to the incoming feedwater quality. Each mobile trailer has over 10 million grains of capacity, so if you divide this by the total dissolved solids in the feedwater (in grains) this will give you an estimated throughput to the cut off of 1 microsiemens. However, water chemistry factors such as turbidity, organics, and CO2 can have a big impact on trailer throughput.

We prefer to use our own drivers who can hook up and rinse up the trailer for you onsite. However, if you prefer to use a common carrier then we can accommodate that as well.

Yes, every mobile trailer has a panel mounted PLC and HMI screen that is easily accessible on the outside of the unit, which is really nice so you don’t have to climb inside the trailer to access the controls. The PLC records and monitors flow rates, the water conductivity coming in and out of the trailer, and total flow for each bank. All of this can be monitored remotely in real time and it even gives you a predicated run length based on historical performance at your site, so you can get a heads up and you’re not caught off guard when the trailer needs to be exchanged. And finally, all of this data is collected and stored for you to export at any time and these features are included in every trailer at no extra charge.
