Benefits of Working with Puretec
Health Care Plan
Puretec offers eligible employees and their dependents four options to suit their individual needs. We offer a choice of: Two HMO plans (CA only), a High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account, and a Full PPO plan. Our plans cover 100% of the cost for preventive care services like annual physicals and routine immunizations.
401K Plan
Puretec offers a 401(k) plan which allows eligible employees to elect a portion of their wages to be deposited to an individual 401(k) account. Eligible Elective Deferral Contributions can be made on a pre-tax basis or on a post-tax basis through Roth elective deferral.
Vision And Dental Plans
You and your eligible dependents have the option to enroll in one of two Dental plans: the Dental DHMO (CA only) plan or the Dental DPPO plan. Puretec’s Vision plan covers routine eye exams and helps you pay for glasses or contact lenses. The vision program allows you to utilize a network of eye care providers or see an eye care professional outside the network.
Paid Time Off
We offer a progressive PTO tiered program based on tenure starting with 2 weeks of PTO for 1 year of service, 3 weeks per year from year 1 to year 9 of service, and 4 weeks for 10 plus years of service. In addition to holidays, we provide paid family days, birthdays, volunteer days, and wellness days.
Volunteer Paid Time Off
Giving back to the community is a core value at Puretec. We offer Volunteer Paid Time Off to encourage and support your involvement in causes you care about. Spend up to 8 hours a year volunteering, knowing you’re contributing to the community while still receiving your regular pay.
Wellness Day
Your health is our priority. That’s why we offer a special Wellness Day – a paid day off each year plus an extra $100 for your annual physical. This benefit ensures you have the time you need to focus on your health.
Employee Birthday
At Puretec, we believe in making your special day even more enjoyable. Each year, you’ll receive a paid day off on your birthday plus an extra $100 to celebrate however you choose. It’s one of our ways of showing appreciation.

At Puretec, we offer a mix of technical and leadership training that takes many different forms. We believe that training and development goes beyond teaching people work skills – it’s also about showing people that they are valued and that upward movement within the company is encouraged.
