Regional Plant Manager

Hey there! We’re Puretec Industrial Water, a name that’s pretty well-known around these parts for turning water into… well, really high-purity water. It’s not magic; it’s science, and a bit of hard work. Speaking of hard work, we’re on the lookout for a Regional Plant Manager who’s ready to dive in and keep our three processing centers (Oxnard & San Jose, CA, and Gilbert, AZ) in shipshape.

Here’s the scoop:

  • What You’ll Be Doing: You’re the captain of the ship, overseeing our plants where we regenerate ion exchange resins. For a tour of one of our facilities, click here. You’ll need to make sure we’re hitting our production requirements, our equipment is humming nicely without hiccups, we’re bringing on board great operators, and training them to be even better. Leadership? We want it in spades. You’ll have 3 lead regeneration supervisors and a maintenance supervisor looking to you for direction. Overall, there are 34 people in the regeneration departments.
  • Who You Are: Someone who loves the challenge of keeping operations running smoothly and has experience with managing production and people. You’ve got a knack for making sure things run efficiently, and you’re as comfortable on the plant floor as you are analyzing production metrics. You are comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously and have a bias towards action. If you love a corporate bureaucracy, then you will not be happy here!
  • Why Puretec? Glad you asked. We’re a certified Great Place to Work, which isn’t just a title; it means we’re serious about creating an environment where you can thrive. Expect great benefits and a team that’s supportive and driven – like you.
  • The Perks: Aside from joining a team that genuinely enjoys what they do, we offer some very competitive benefits. We believe in taking care of our team, so they can focus on the important stuff – both at work and at home.
  • Travel: You’ll be based out of Oxnard, Ca 70% of the time, with the remaining 30% traveling between San Jose, CA and Gilbert, AZ, so a willingness to travel is key.

Think you’re the one to help keep our plants in tip-top shape and lead our teams to new heights? Let’s chat. Drop us a line with your resume, tell us about a time you tackled a big challenge, or just share why you’re excited about water – we’re all ears.

Can’t wait to hear from you!
